Lotus Zing is a development for the youth. It is affordable housing with studio apartment culture. The bright color represent the youth of today. The development has small apartment sizes but light, views and ventilation were not compromised on as the development had to be sustainable. One can see the building plan and section sketches in the center of the painting representing the same. Zing is added to the painting by the bright colors which can be seen poring on the 3-dimentional view of the development.
